About
Join Head of School Kevin Breen and Chairman of the Board of Trustees Larry Gordon ’72 for a special event in Shanghai that will bring together alumni, current parents, and prospective families.
This gathering is being sponsored by Huiping Liu and Shimei Ding in gratitude for the experience their son James Liu ’26 had at Worcester Academy and for the growth and transformation they saw in him during his time at the school.
A central part of the evening will be the opportunity to hear directly from Worcester Academy alumni and parents about their own experiences. They will share personal perspectives on their time at the school, the growth they experienced, and the ways Worcester Academy prepared them for college and the opportunities that followed.
For families considering a boarding school in the United States, these firsthand perspectives offer something especially valuable: an authentic view of Worcester Academy from the people who know it best.
For alumni and parents, the evening will also be an opportunity to connect, celebrate the school, and welcome new families into the Worcester Academy community.
Come hear from alumni and parents who know how Worcester Academy helps promising students develop the knowledge, confidence, independence, and ambition to pursue opportunities at top-ranked universities.
